Co – processing of wastes containing heavy metals in cement kilns

This project supported research in the area of ​​simulation of co-processing in cement kilns of inorganic waste. The project produced three master’s dissertations and two doctoral theses. In addition to training human resources, the project made it possible to achieve contributions to knowledge in this area of ​​research.

This contribution can be measured by the number of published works, which was nine articles in international magazines used, two in national magazines, several articles in international congresses and estimates of articles in national congresses. The quality of scientific production demonstrates the group’s capacity in the area.
